Why Choose Ali Law Group

When you work with Ali Law Group, you get straight answers, a personal injury attorney who knows your name, and someone handling the legal work so you can focus on getting better.

You Get Your Attorney's Cell Number

plus

You work directly with your attorney, not a case manager you've never spoken to. You get an office line and a cell number, so you can reach someone when you need to. Case reviews are free, and there's no obligation.

Notable Verdicts and Settlements

plus

Our attorneys have tried cases and negotiated settlements for injured people across Texas.

Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Every case is decided on its own facts.

No Fee Unless We Win

plus

You pay nothing up front. Our fee is a percentage of the recovery, collected only if we win or settle your case.

Personal Injury Is What We Do

plus

Car and truck wrecks, workplace injuries, unsafe property, defective products, wrongful death. If your case isn't one we're right for, we'll tell you and point you somewhere better.

Help with Financial Struggles

plus

A wrecked car and time off work create problems that don't wait for a settlement. Where we can, we help with transportation and connect you with doctors who will treat you now and get paid out of the recovery later.

We’ll Meet You Where You Are

plus

If your injury makes it hard to travel, we'll come to you at home, at work, or in the hospital. There's no charge for the meeting, wherever it happens.

Common Questions About
Texas Personal Injury Claims

Straight answers to what people ask us most about Texas injury claims, from deadlines to what a case is worth.

How long do I have to file a personal injury claim in Texas?

In most cases, two years from the day you were hurt. Wrongful death claims also run two years from the date of death. Some situations have much shorter deadlines, including claims against a city or state agency. Don't guess at which applies to you. Call us at (210) 667-2920, and we'll tell you exactly how long you have.

What is my case worth?

It depends on how badly you were hurt, what your care costs, how much work you've missed, whether you can work the way you used to, and what insurance is available. Be careful with any lawyer who gives you a number before seeing your records. We'll review yours for free and give you a realistic range.

What should I do right after an accident?

See a doctor, even if you think you can wait. Take photos of the scene, the vehicles, and your injuries. Get names and numbers from anyone who saw it happen. Then call us before you give a recorded statement to the other side's insurance company. The call with us is free. Any statements you give to the other side can be used against you.

How much does a lawyer cost?

Nothing up front. Our fee is a percentage of the recovery, collected only if we win or settle your case. The case review is free, so finding out where you stand costs you nothing.

Do I really need a personal injury lawyer?

Almost always, yes. If your injuries were minor and the insurance company has already paid your bills in full, you may not. But once you've missed work, needed ongoing treatment, or heard the other side start blaming you, handling it alone usually costs you money. Call us and we'll tell you honestly which situation you're in.

How long will my case take?

That depends on your medical treatment more than anything else. We don't settle until we know what your injuries will cost long-term, because once you settle, you can't go back for more. Some cases resolve in months; others take a year or more. Call and we'll walk you through what yours is likely to look like.

What if the accident was partly my fault?

You may still have a case. Texas lets you recover even when you share some of the blame. Insurance companies know this and work to shift blame onto you early, which is exactly why you shouldn't decide on your own that you don't have a claim. If you've been told the accident was your fault, get a second opinion. Ours is free.
