Nicolas Spigner: Personal Story

Mr. Spigner, originally from Washington, D.C., earned a Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2016.

After passing the California Bar Exam, Mr. Spigner worked as a Post Bar Law Clerk for Criminal Defense Attorney Marc S. Kohnen in San Diego, where he played a significant role in a high-profile case involving law enforcement's excessive use of force, resulting in a not guilty verdict.

Since becoming a licensed attorney in 2016, Mr. Spigner has primarily focused on assisting entrepreneurs, start-ups, and small to medium-sized businesses in various aspects of business law.

Education

Mr. Spigner earned his Juris Doctorate from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California. During his studies, Mr. Spigner gained experience in a variety of fields. He traveled across the country competing in several national and local competitions as a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society, as well as the Moot Court Honor Society. In 2015 he served as a mediator in San Diego County Small Claims Court.

He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Florida International Relations at the University of Miami, Florida.
