Shamrez Ali
Licensed in Texas since 2015, Shamrez handles catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases,
with a focus on matters where more than one company may share responsibility.
His work includes child care abuse claims, commercial trucking, industrial and refinery incidents,
construction-site injuries, premises liability, aviation, and maritime claims.
He is admitted before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas.
He is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association,
and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and works with clients in English, Arabic, Spanish, Hindi, and Urdu.
Sunil Ali
Licensed in Texas since 2018, Sunil represents people injured in 18-wheeler and commercial vehicle collisions,
motor vehicle crashes, slip and fall incidents, and boating and maritime incidents, and represents families in wrongful death claims.
Sunil earned his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and works with clients in English, Spanish, and Hindi.
Nicolas W. Spigner
Nicolas has practiced law since 2016.
He is admitted in four states, including Texas, California, Arizona, and New York,
and before the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Northern,
and Eastern Districts of California and the District of Nevada.
At Ali Law Group, his practice covers personal injury litigation and commercial litigation.
He spent the earlier part of his career representing entrepreneurs, start-ups, and small and mid-sized businesses,
experience that carries over in injury cases turning on a company's contracts, records, and internal decisions.
He earned his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and a bachelor's degree from the University of Miami,
and works with clients in English, Spanish, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi.
Francesca Driussi-Ali
Licensed in Texas since 2021, Francesca's practice is devoted entirely to personal injury litigation.
She represents individuals and families harmed by others' negligence,
working with them through investigation, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and resolution.
Her legal training spans three countries and multiple legal systems,
including a Master of Laws in American legal studies from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
